Perhaps training in a group setting is not for you.

Private training sessions of 30 and 60 minute duration are available and scheduled to accommodate your needs. Sessions can take place in home, at EXTREME FITNESS.  References are available upon request. Call: 401-935-4494

Body/Fitness assessment consists of: Personal interview to establish ones' fitness goal. Basic strength and coordination test to determine existing level of fitness. You will also be taught about proper eating habits. This information will assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

All routines are motivated, purposeful and challenging, a recipe for your success.

 

Tai Chi instruction is also available in hourly sessions.

 

The purpose for having a PERSONAL TRAINER is to remove the "self-motivation" problem. You may want to get into shape and become more fit,  but at the beginning or end of your day it's tough if not impossible to motivate. A PERSONAL TRAINER will be a pre-set appointment that will bring along with it the push you need to form great training habits.

A PERSONAL TRAINER will also educate you on the PROCESS associated with getting in shape and becoming fit. For some, the PROCESS  is longer and more difficult. This is important to address as some individuals expect much faster results and will often become discouraged if not informed of the length of the task at hand.
