Owned and operated by BRIAN GOSSELIN, former kick boxer, open karate tournament/mixed martial arts competitor, amateur boxer and renowned specialist in endurance training. Mr. Gosselin is also an instructor in the CHEN/fist style of Tai Chi, 3rd degree black belt in the KYU SHIN RYU style of karate, 2nd degree black belt in kickboxing, and at 38 yrs. old returned to competition and finally made his professional mixed martial arts debut after a 12 year absence from the ring, planning to compete until his early 40's further demonstrating the ability, with the right approach, anything is possible! Focusing on the applied aspects of martial arts. Mr. Gosselin teaches and trains by example, applying all lessons to his everyday existence.
